New Community Health Indicators report - 2010 Update
Child and Family Health Services of Cuyahoga County, working with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, has produced the 2010 update of their Community Health Indicators Project.
This report summarizes data collected from 1995 through 2007 and is available at this link.
Data on health indicators are reported by Cleveland neighborhood and county municipality. Charts illustrate trends for many of the indicators.
